FABIG organises quarterly Technical Meetings in London and Aberdeen including joint meetings with other similar organisations. FABIG Technical Meetings are free for FABIG members and the attendance fee for non-members is £350 (excluding VAT) unless otherwise specified.
Continuing Professional Development: Members of most engineering institutions such as the Institutions of Civil, Structural, Mechanical, Chemical and Marine Engineers can count the FABIG Technical Meetings as Continuing Professional Development (CPD). Certificates are issued to delegates upon request.
We are very pleased to announce that webcasts are organised for all FABIG Technical Meetings in addition to the London and Aberdeen venues. Registering for the webcasts enables live viewing of the meetings and subsequent access to video recordings of the events for a limited period. Attending the webcasts is free for FABIG members and £200+VAT for non-members. In addition, video recordings of past meetings are available to FABIG members here on the FABIG website.
The forthcoming FABIG Technical Meeting covers 'Best Practice in Fire and Explosion Modelling" and is held on the 21st and 22nd of March 2012 in Aberdeen and London respectively.
