As usual, our forthcoming 2-day Technical Meeting will be webcast live, and webcast delegates will also be able to access a video recording of the Webcast straight after the end of the meeting. Day 1 of the event (Wednesday 9th September) will start at 9.50am, and will close at 17.00. Day 2 (Thursday 10th September) will start at 9.30am and will close at or before 16.00.
The theme of this Technical Meeting is ‘Energy Transition Hazards in Motion’, and the event will address the management of hazards arising from the transport of the substances set to play a key role in the energy transition - including hydrogen, ammonia and CO₂ - by land and sea, including via pipeline. We also aim to cover the management of hazards associated with the use of new energy sources for vehicle propulsion, for example in maritime transport.
